Setting the Stage


Brief Description: 

The Lead Collaborator will work with your school or district's planning leaders to understand the initial rationale and preliminary goals for your technology initiative. The project lead will then work with a team of specifically selected expects at Educational Collaborators to develop focus group questions, which will then be submitted for approval. How focus groups will be created will also be determined in this phase. Focus groups typically gather information from up to four constituent groups, such as faculty, administration, parents and students. The option is available to add additional focus groups for the various constituencies as needed. During this phase EC will present an IT Inventory worksheet for the client to begin gathering information related to their infrastructure. This will be used to ensure the greatest efficiency and value while on site.
