Hands-On Curriculum Integration Workshop

Target Audience:



Educational Collaborators will develop and deliver one or a series of professional development workshops to introduce and support learning withing your school or district's preferred pedogogical frameork (PBL, UDL, UbD, etc) including specific applications/tools that are aligned with the Common Core State Standards.  The sessions will include an explanation of the tools used with sample units, projects and/or classroom applications, including Flipped Classroom and Differentiated Instruction. Information delivered and projects developed will be contextualized in both the TPACK and SAMR frameworks.  Time will be allotted for teachers to explore tools and to develop PBL units/activities. Teachers will learn to guide student-centered, interactive, cooperative learning and will also be introduced to classroom management methods for effectively integrating project-based learning into their curriculum.  

Sessions will be offered to meet the needs of audiences with different skills levels.  The skill level of these sessions will be indicated in the session description.  These interactive full-day sessions  limited to 20 participants to ensure plenty of personalized, hands-on experience.
